Nalini Marthi Ph.D.
Nalini is the CMD of MS IT solutions. She built MSIT grounds up on the model of IT interns. Starting in July 2005, she has successfully made the company at 25 employee strong. MSIT delivers IT solutions in Java, .NET technologies in eLearning, training, testing, recruitment and hospitality domains. TMI group, Fullerton India, IDBI Fortis have been some of MSIT customers. They have plans of implementing IT solutions in 20 different business domains by 2010.
An MSc (Physics) from 1983 batch of IIT-M, Nalini went on to work as a teacher, a scientist in DLRL, a Project Leader in Intergraph India, a software division head in IIC Technologies finally setting up MS IT solutions in 2005. She had an overall experience of 23 long years in R&D and IT fields. She has done her Ph.D. (Statistics) from Osmania University.
Nalini now donning the role of a social scientist dreams of making 'IT interns' a world famous model on the strength of its IT solutions.
Muralidharan T
Murali is the Business Adviser for MSIT. He is the CMD of TMI group (consisting of TMI network, C&K management, TMI first). A Chemical Engineer from IIT-M of 1979 batch he went on to IIM-A and worked at Shell before starting his own company in 1993. Today his group has a turnover of Rs.40 crores and became one of the top 5 recruitment companies of India.
TMI first is the group's fresher recruitment entity that recruited more than 10,000 freshers for various blue chip companies of India during 2007.
The group's dream has been to give a proud job position for Indians spread across the world. Murali gave the opportunity of developing the biggest recruitment solution TAPME (Talent Acquisition Pipeling Manager for Enterprises) for MSIT. TMI's RPO division has been using it successfully every since January 2008.
